PM GROUP ACCESS & BUILDING
Semis, terraces & narrow side returns
Kingston and Surbiton are dominated by inter-war semis and Victorian terraces, where the only route to the rear is a narrow passage between houses. Parking and busy through-roads make roadside set-up awkward too. The tracked spider threads through side returns and gateways to reach rear elevations, while our truck-mounts handle front elevations with road frontage.
Typical jobs: rear-elevation roofing, gutter and fascia work, rendering, solar and aerial access.
Neighbourhoods: Kingston town, Norbiton, Surbiton, Berrylands, Tolworth, New Malden.
Best machine: spider for rear access via side returns; 25m truck-mount for street frontage.
