Our story
From PM Builders to access specialists
We started in 2001 as PM Builders Ltd, delivering roofing, extensions and general building across Surrey and London. Over the years, more and more of our work came down to one thing: getting safely to height, in awkward places, without the delays of hired-in plant.

So we invested in our own operated access fleet - a tracked spider lift and two Palfinger truck-mounts - and rebranded as PM Group Access & Building. Today, operated cherry picker hire leads what we do, with our established building, roofing and scaffolding teams right behind it.
